CBRN Defense Training Analyst

Position will operate within a Federal Program. Responsible to analyze threat, MICT, ARIS, DRRS, LL, IGEMS, and exercise data and make recommendations to the Customer Career Field Managers (CFMs) on CE training. Directly support Officers on EM and CBRN training.

Telework is authorized. On-site presence as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure related training addresses most current threat information
  • Coordinate with Joint Staff, Customer Institute of Technology, and Customer Education and Training Command, to manage CE attendance at the CBRN Joint Senior Leaders Course, EM courses, and the EM Apprentice Course and the CBRN-Qualified Engineer Course
  • Assist the Emergency Management CFM and the EM Functional Advisor to the CE Civilian CFM in tasks associated with their roles
  • Prepare briefings, BBPs, or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements, programs and issues
  • Recommend corrective actions to the government representatives

Requirements

  • TS/SCI FSP Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 12 years’ experience in EM and CBRN defense operations across a full spectrum threat environment
