Configuration Technician

• Assist with the development of functional requirements from Business Process Redesign (BPR) sessions and document in JIRA for review and approval
• Develop, test, and migrate configurations in lower system environments using applicable migration tools to obtain User Acceptance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure cloud application architectures that align with business objectives
• Update and maintain configuration workbooks for new requirements and change requests
• Contribute to updating relevant Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for government delivery
• Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination

• TS/SCI FSP Clearance
• 10 years of experience facilitating the design configuration of systems, including development, testing, and migrations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar degree. 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Security+ CE
• Strong oral and written communication
• Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
