Our Client is seeking a resource to support an enterprise HCM transformation effort within the US Intelligence community. Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems and are comfortable both working directly with customers and with an innovative internal team.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI FSP Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. 4 years of additional DBA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Security + CE
  • 10 years’ experience as a DBA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • User administration experience in any cloud environment
  • Experience in authoring/maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for O&M environment
  • Experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM)/Oracle Fusion Configuration Package Management
  • Experience with Oracle HCM cloud upgrade, support, and maintenance tools
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM administration (User management, Process Scheduling, etc.)
  • Exposure to Linux environment
  • In lieu of Oracle products experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications and environments
