Executive Administrator

Herndon, VA, 1099, W2

Provide administrative support to 3-4 Executive Front Office personnel. Candidates must be able to work on an 8am to 4:30pm schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Book domestic and international travel
  • Manage multiple calendars, and create and track agendas
  • Manage communications inside and outside of the customer organizations for event confirmations, travel itineraries, and other needs
  • Communicate effectively with executive level staff, using excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Using superior time management skills, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities for the Front Office team
  • Maintain professionalism, productively and poise in a fast-paced environment
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the customer space and proper interactions with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • TS/SCI FSP Clearance
  • 4+ years of experience supporting an administrative front office team at customer agency
  • Experience booking travel both domestic and international
  • Experience using a Corporate Action Tracker
