Help Desk Specialist

Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support for customer call in and initial troubleshooting of mission application software to either initiate, resolve or escalate trouble tickets, initiate change requests (CRs) or elevate the issue in support of mission operations.

This role is 100% onsite.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Intermediate experience and skills (3-5 years) with ServiceNow, Cyber Security Standards, and Networking Technologies
