Installation Preparedness Analyst

Responsible to collect and analyze the Installation Natural Disaster Risk Indexes, Installation CBRN Risk Indexes, Installation All Hazard Threat Assessments, Customer MA reports and post them to a central repository for historical records and awareness. Requires one (1) FTE with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 12 years’ experience in EM and CBRN defense operations across a full spectrum threat environment.

Telework is authorized. On-site presence as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assess whether or not Customer installations are using current threat data when determining their risk indexes
  • Coordinate with the Security Forces Center and Security Agency to receive and analyze annual MA assessment schedules and post in the central repository for awareness and any associated preparation
  • Perform liaison duties between Customer installations and Federal Agencies
  • Notify government lead when conflicts with policy or procedures arise
  • Prepare briefings, BBPs, or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements, programs and issues
  • Provide thorough review and coordination of TTPs related to EM and CBRN
  • Recommend corrective actions to the government representatives
  • Support CE, EM, C-WMD, and MA governance bodies as required
