As a Lead Application Consultant, you will be a key resource in the Customer’s initiative to upgrade its facilities and workplace management capabilities through the implementation of the cloud-based IBM TRIRIGA IWMS application. Your expertise in TRIRIGA functionalities, industry best practices, and understanding of Customer-specific requirements will be vital in guiding the project team, providing insights, and ensuring the successful deployment of the new IWMS solution.

As a TRIRIGA Lead Application Consultant supporting a Federal Customer, you will be an essential resource in shaping the success of the IWMS implementation. Your expertise in TRIRIGA functionalities and facilities management processes will be instrumental in ensuring that the new cloud-based IBM TRIRIGA IWMS application aligns seamlessly with the agency’s unique requirements, leading to improved operational efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Application Consultant in large-scale TRIRIGA implementation projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA application, including its various modules, functionalities, and configuration options
  • Experience estimating level of effort for work items of various complexities and establishing prioritization and project planning/phasing
  • Ability to analyze and optimize existing business processes to maximize the benefits of the new TRIRIGA IWMS application
  • Expertise in defining and documenting client’s business processes and translating them into TRIRIGA requirements
  • Strong understanding of IWMS best practices, industry standards, and compliance regulations
  • Ability to collaborate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to design TRIRIGA solutions that meet client’s specific needs
  • Experience in conducting gap analysis between client’s requirements and TRIRIGA capabilities, proposing customizations where necessary
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and propose solutions during the implementation process
  • Previous experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing feedback to improve the application
