RIS Cable Lead 2

The Cable Lead shall possess the capabilities of the Level 2 Cable Technician. Responsible for ensuring that team members have the technical skills and training necessary to complete their assignments. Cable leads track that each team member’s tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner, and reports deficiencies only to their requisite Cable Support Managers. The cable lead should be energetic, and an effective communicator, to help ensure that all team members know their assigned tasks and technical questions are answered. The cable lead shall possess the necessary skills to motivate the team, as well as maintain a high level of discipline and respect.
